SUMMER FUNDING FOR COLLABORATIVE WORK IN THE HUMANITIES
For the second year, the Rackham Graduate School and the Institute for the Humanities invite proposals for Summer Funding for Collaborative Work in the Humanities. Faculty and graduate students from any combination of fields may apply for these awards. They should be interdisciplinary, but need not necessarily be interdepartmental; also, all participants may work within the humanities or the group may include humanists and scholars from other fields (such as the social sciences, arts, sciences, or professional schools). Applications should come from two or more core participants, and explain the contribution each will make to the collaboration. Funding of up to $15,000, and working space for the period from May through August, will be awarded to three to five groups. Proposals must be turned in by March 6, 2006. Full details may be found here.
